The 1103 includes an internal magnetic reed switch, an on-board terminal block for external contact wiring, and an end-of-line resistor. Both the internal and external contacts can be programmed to operate simultaneously, yielding two independent zones from one transmitter.  The on-board LED provides built-in survey capability for single-person installations, with no external survey kit required. Both an internal case tamper switch and a wall tamper switch are provided. It is compatible with 1100X and 1100D Series Receivers. It includes a battery and lithium pack.
