New and unused.  Horizontal finger duct panel with metal rings is 2 RU.  Designed with flexible fingers for easy and precise cable routing, front to rear.  Mounts on 19 inch standard racks and cabinets.  Retaining cover slides open or snaps on and off for quick access.  Pass through holes allow cables to pass through to rear components.
